Guideway contact surfaces are hand-scraped by master craftsmen with over 15 years experience, creating microscopic oil reservoirs that ensure frictionless hydrostatic motion and eliminate stick-slip.
Renishaw XL-80 Pitch Calibration
Full-travel laser interferometry calibrates positioning accuracy and repeatability across X, Y, and Z axes. Compensation tables are written directly to CNC controller memory.
Ballbar Dynamic Circularity Check
Renishaw QC20-W wireless ballbar verification checks axis perpendicularity, servo mismatch, and reversal spikes at operating feedrates (circularity < 0.010 mm).
48-Hour Full-Load Continuous Burn-In
Before packaging, machines execute continuous high-speed rapid traversing, spindle acceleration cycles, and tool changes for 48 uninterrupted hours to eliminate premature electronic failure.
Vacuum Export Packaging
Precision ground surfaces receive VCI anti-corrosion barrier coatings and are sealed in heavy multi-layer vacuum foil with desiccant bags, anchored onto solid fumigated timber bases.
